I was at the Yorkshire Stingo, tossing up between their goat curry and the parma. I went the Parma, and noted their selection of Keating Hot Sauces. After sampling a few, I couldn't go past the Lankan - I got my curry and parma in one... and it was one of the best parma's I've had. What a power couple.

This sauce is legit! Great for curry or simply adding interesting, delicious flavours to any dish. We smashed through our first bottle in less than a week. Get on it. 11/10

Unbelievable

Have absolutely nailed the Sri Lankan flavors here.
I have as a sauce, marinade or best of all with some coconut milk for an unreal chicken curry.
