Using an intricate blend of spices and fresh ingredients, we’ve created the most flavourful tandoori paste you’ll find.
Recipe:
500g – 1kg chicken
1 tablespoon yogurt
1 tablespoon Keating & Co. Condiments – Tandoori Paste
A splash of lemon juice
Method:
Mix all ingredients to combine and coat the chicken.
Marinate in the fridge for 1–24 hours.
Cook on high heat using a BBQ, pizza oven, tandoor, or frypan until the chicken is cooked through.
Serve with: Rice, naan, and green chilli sauce.
