At Keating & Co. Condiments, we prioritize flavour over heat! However, we know there are some who just want their sauce to be super hot—so we created The Firebird!

A blend of Carolina Reaper, bird's eye chilli, and Trinidad Scorpion, The Firebird really packs a punch without ruining your day or making you sick.

We use homegrown Carolina Reapers and Trinidad Scorpions. No extracts here—just fresh chillies. You can really taste the flavour of the Carolina Reaper.

kicked my ass and I will be buying again

I love spicy stuff even though my tolerance isn't amazing - this sauce destroys me every time. More than anything, the fruity/sour flavour profile is what keeps me coming back, and has basically replaced every other sauce that's otherwise lacking in either heat or flavour.

Word of warning (and to be fair, it says so on the bottle), it needs to be shaken vigorously for the real profile to come into effect.

A great combo of flavour and heat - one of my all time favourite sauces.

Good heat release

Very tasty sauce with good heat. Only drawback is the sauce is runny and needs a dasher top. This would fix the problem of too much sauce running out of the bottle and give user better control of the pour.

I have become addicted too this sauce it is so tasty I crave it after a day or two if you haven't tried it your missing out just wish you could get bigger bottle's of it
