Mad Mango is one of our personal favourites and has remained a popular sauce since the very beginning.

Definitely on the hotter end of our scale, with a strong habanero bite, Mad Mango is rounded out nicely with fresh, juicy Australian mangos.

Mad Mango also doubles as a BBQ marinade. Our favourite way to use this sauce is with prawn and chorizo tacos.
