This relish is less solid than most. But quite chunky. Which is good - nice to have less in the way of thickening agents.. Because it tastes really good - the flavour shines through. And happily for me, it is mild. Win win.
These were presents for overseas family. Love the packaging and the flavours. Appreciate the lack of preservatives and all natural ingredients.
My Keating delivery finally arrived. Aust Post were obviously reluctant to let this spectacular parcel go. The contents really live up to the box. Can't do much heat, so the 'star' system is perfect. The bbq punk sauce is delicious, great depth of flavour, as is the mello rello relish. Somehow just a hint of warmth. Absolutely to my taste. Great for gifting too. If I can spare any. More obviously needed !

Absolute wizardry - somehow, these pickles just vanish. Added to potato salad, yum. Note to self: quickly replace lid, as even though it's a big jar crammed full, . it's so hard to stop eating. 😋

I originally bought the Berserker Pickle at the Melbourne Market and took it home to my family in NZ and they loved it! We ate it so fast - so I bought 3 more for them to enjoy.
Got a jar at the big design market and just love this! Super well balanced and the flavours take me back to when I was travelling in India. Will definitely be stocking up again on the Funky Beast - Kashmiri Masala!
