Why Ginger and Lemongrass work in hot weather?
Ginger stimulates the palate. Lemongrass refreshes it. According to Healthline, ginger and lemongrass are commonly used in warm-climate cuisines because they enhance digestion and reduce heaviness.
That makes Ginja Ninja ideal for BBQ marinades.
