Ingredients
Mad Mango – Mango & Habanero Hot Sauce
500g prawn meat
1 chorizo sausage
Extra virgin olive oil
1 lemon
Soft tacos (homemade or Mission Street Tacos)
Butter
To serve
Jitman Salsa and Extra lemon wedges
👉 Mad Mango – Strong Mango & Habanero Hot Sauce (250ml)

Method
Dice the chorizo and marinate with ¼ of the lemon juice
Combine prawn meat with 1 tablespoon Mad Mango and 1 teaspoon olive oil
Butter one side of each taco
Heat BBQ plate and grill to high
Cook prawns and chorizo separately for 5 minutes
Add extra Mad Mango to the prawns, then combine with chorizo on the hot plate
Cook until prawns are just cooked and lightly crispy
Grill tacos butter-side up until puffy
Dip tacos into chorizo oil, return to grill and lightly char
Serve with Jitman Salsa and a squeeze of lemon
