I’ve giving up putting it with other foods. I’m now eating it straight out of the jar slopped onto crusty bread. It’s brilliant.

Firebird Chicken Wings
Firebird Chicken Wings
Ingredients:
- 1KG Chicken Wings or Ribs
- 4 Teaspoon Baking Powder
- 2 Teaspoon Salt
- 5 Tablespoon Firebird
- Olive oil
Method:
- Lay Chicken on wire rack and sprinkle with salt and baking powder
- Bake Chicken in oven at 150° for 25 minutes
- Increase oven temperature to 200° and bake chicken for another 10 minutes (until crispy and cooked through)
- When Chicken has finished cooking, transfer to hot pan and add Firebird and oil.
Toss wings in hot pan to coat with sauce and make extra crispy
Serve with Blue Cheese or Ranch dipping sauce
