The Firebird is Keating & Co’s flavour-first take on an extreme hot sauce — made for those who want serious heat without sacrificing taste. A fierce blend of Carolina Reaper, Trinidad Scorpion and bird’s eye chilli, this sauce is intense, punchy and surprisingly balanced.

We use homegrown Reapers and Scorpions, never extracts, so you get a cleaner, fuller chilli flavour that won’t ruin your meal. The Firebird hits hard, lingers long, and still brings enough sweetness and depth to make it genuinely enjoyable.
