Born from a collaboration with Tuckers Sandwiches, one of Melbourne’s most iconic spots for great coffee and killer sangas. The Pickle Monster has taken on a life of its own. What started as a sauce made exclusively for sandwiches has exploded into a cult favourite across Melbourne.
This medium-heat spicy pickle sauce is punchy, tangy and ridiculously versatile. Originally designed to be the ultimate sandwich sauce, it now shows up everywhere: eggs, grilled meats, BBQ plates, and, our personal favourite, poured straight into a bag of potato chips (especially Chappy’s Dill Pickle Chips).
