The Pyrodactyl is made with Carolina Reaper, one of the hottest chillies on the planet, blended into a rich, creamy mayo that still lets the flavour shine before the heat kicks in.

It’s hot. Really hot.

But unlike a lot of ridiculously spicy sauces, this one actually tastes good. Spread it on burgers, dunk your chips in it or throw it on fried chicken if you’re chasing that proper chilli hit.

Definitely not for beginners… but if you love serious heat, you’ll feel right at home.
