Pickle-Saurus Rex is our take on the classic pickle burger sauce, packed with crunchy dill pickles, a touch of habanero and loads of flavour. It’s creamy, tangy and has just enough heat to keep things interesting without blowing your head off.
We’ve been putting it on burgers, hot chips, sandwiches, wraps… and to be honest, we’ve started finding excuses to put it on just about everything.
Made right here in Melbourne using Australian ingredients, this is the mayo you’ll keep reaching for.
