Tandoori Chicken

This tandoori chicken keeps things simple. A few ingredients, high heat and a good char is all you need. The Keating & Co Tandoori Paste brings the flavour fast, while the yoghurt keeps the chicken juicy as it cooks. Perfect for weeknight dinners, BBQs or throwing into wraps the next day.

Ingredients

  • Keating and Co Tandoori Paste
  • Plain Yoghurt - 1 tablespoon
  • Lemon Juice - 1 teaspoon
  • 1KG chicken - any cut of chicken works

Method

  1. Mix Yogurt, Tandoori Paste and Lemon Juice together in a bowl.
  2. Add chicken and coat well
  3. Marinate for 2 to 24 hours in fridge
  4. Free chicken on BBQ grill on high heat until cooked through and has a nice char

Serve

Serve with:

  • white rice
  • flat bread
  • spiced yoghurt
