There's nothing better than a fresh homemade salsa that comes together in minutes. This Jalapeno Jitman Salsa is crisp, colourful and packed with flavour thanks to Keating & Co Jalapeno Jitman. It's the perfect side for BBQs, tacos, grilled meats, seafood, nachos or simply scooped up with corn chips.

The fresh cucumber, sweet corn, juicy tomatoes and salty fetta create the perfect balance of flavours, while Jalapeno Jitman adds a mild kick that ties everything together. Whether you're entertaining friends or need a quick side for dinner, this recipe is guaranteed to disappear fast.

Ingredients

2 Lebanese cucumbers
1 red onion
1 punnet cherry tomatoes
2 sprigs fresh coriander (or substitute parsley)
50g fetta, crumbled
1 tin sweet corn, drained
1-2 tablespoons Keating & Co Jalapeno Jitman

Method

Dice the Lebanese cucumbers into small cubes.
Quarter the cherry tomatoes.
Finely dice the red onion.
Drain the sweet corn.
Finely chop the coriander.
Combine the cucumber, tomatoes, onion, corn and coriander in a large bowl.
Add 1-2 tablespoons of Keating & Co Jalapeno Jitman and gently mix until everything is evenly coated.
Finish by crumbling the fetta over the top before serving.
